Leadership Team
	ePharmaSolutions is a team of 100 clinical & medical researchers, instructional designers, clinical trainers, patient recruiters and application developers with a passion for improving the way Biopharmaceutical companies select sites, launch studies, and recruit patients for global clinical trials. Lance Converse, Founder and CEO Prior to starting ePharmaSolutions, Lance was the Founder of Acurian, a leading investigator and patient recruitment company, and ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services (RPS), a publically traded contract research organization. Mr. Converse started his career as a Manufacturing Engineer at The BOEING Company. Mr. Converse is also a co-founder and Board Member of two biopharmaceutical companies.
	David Espenshade, SVP of Sales & Marketing Dave has overall responsibility for driving sales and marketing efforts for ePharmaSolutions. Dave comes to ePharmaSolutions from Intralinks where he was the V.P. and General Manager of their life sciences division. Prior to Intralinks, Dave held management level positions at CSC (formerly First Consulting Group) and several contract research organizations.
	Steven Beales, VP of Information Technology Steven is an 18-year industry veteran who has lead enterprise-wide clinical research technology development and implementations at some of the most prestigious academic medical centers in the world including Johns Hopkins, University of Pittsburgh, University of Pennsylvania, and Washington University. Prior to joining ePS, Steven was Chief Architect at mdlogix.
	Lisa La Luna, VP of Corporate Development Lisa has more than 15 years' experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical trials industry starting her career with Boehringer Ingelheim, Genentech, and MedImmune. Lisa then moved into the clinical services sector helping start Acurian and ePharmaSolutions.
	Helen Gruver, Chief Financial Officer Helen is responsible for the finance and human resources departments. Prior to ePS, Helen helped establish Diasome and TNT Pharmaceuticals with Mr. Converse. Helen was also VP of Finance and Administration for Acurian. Helen started her career in the pharmaceutical industry with Rhone Poulenc Rorer, where she was Director of Finance.
